I gained TWO POUNDS this week. TWO!!!
I was 149 at the beginning of the week!!!
I know why.
It’s not some PCOS mystery.
There are logical reasons behind this.
They are all things that I know better than to do.
I didn’t walk like I have been. I wasn’t consistent with my supplements. I ate pizza. Like a lot. Like most days this past week. I know you’re thinking I’ve lost my mind. That I’ve lost my groove.
Nope. We are FINALLY moving.
The stress is horrible, but yay! Plus it’s the last week of the semester, which means a TON of work, and finals. And did I mention, we’re moving.
I plan things so well!
We haven’t been home to cook, like at all, and a drink and 2 slices at Costco seems to be the cheapest meal to feed the fiance and myself on the go.
I know, I know- I should try harder for healthy options on the go to keep the weight loss up. I’m just at a loss since I haven’t been able to cook.
A jar of peanut butter and spoon does not sound appetizing for like every meal.
Anyway, this is temporary. The new place will only be stocked with PCOS friendly foods. Plus, getting the new place cleaned to my standards (I’m a total germaphobe) is quite the workout! Send good thoughts my way. This is not going to de-rail me. I won’t let it.
