July Goals:
 

  1. Finish the summer semester successfully
  2. Get everything in order to start attending USC in the fall
  3. Drink more water/quit diet soda
  4. Walk at least 4 days per week
  5. Be more conscientious of limiting “bad carbs”
  6. Keep spending in check
  7. Get the house organized/get fully moved in
  8. Write more blog posts
  9. Reevaluate supplements and start regimen
  10. Start weight training to further improve insulin sensitivity

    Those are really awesome goals! I really wish that I had an easier time eating/drinking healthier. As well as get my house organized!
    I've never heard of PCOS before.

    Thanks, Kenzie! Don't we all?! I'm glad you've never heard of PCOS because that likely means you aren't affected by it. However, I am hoping that my blog spreads awareness of the disease since SO MANY women go undiagnosed. Good luck to you as well!
