My fiance and I finally got our first pallet planted today with some of the (copious) transplants we have ended up with from our first adventure with seeds!  I really hope that they survive the move because I am so excited about this!  We’re planning to leave the pallet horizontal for a little while so that their little roots can establish themselves (and hopefully help hold the dirt in!).

I am pleased to announce that not only have I hit my initial weight loss goal (154 pounds) but I have surpassed it- I am now down to 153.2!  Pretty exciting stuff.  My jeans are falling off but I’m not going to buy new ones yet because summer is coming fast and I don’t see the point.  I also purchased my first swimsuit in forever over the weekend.  It’s a black Speedo one-piece that I hope to use for swimming exercise over the season.  I actually don’t feel like a blubbery whale in it (although I wish that more swimsuits were better equipped for an ample bust, I’m so not spending gobs of money on a swimsuit for my boobs, sorry!).

I added vitex to my supplements recently and I’m looking at better sources of folate and possibly adding d-chiro-inositol as well.  We’ll see how this goes.  I’m a little concerned because my blood pressure stays pretty low on its own and apparently black cohosh can lower it as well- I have been having more “head rushes” upon standing from a squatting position (I noticed this while planting the pallet!).  I’m not sure if it’s related or not.  Hopefully it will be okay to keep taking.

I hope everyone is doing well and has fun plans for SPRING BREAK!  I can’t wait to get this week of school over with- it seems like all of my professors teamed up to kill me.  At least I get a whole week off of school and work next week!  After that it’s only a couple of weeks until exams!  Yay!!
